Shipping & Returns
The standard shipping costs are €6.95. When you place an order over €150,00 you pay no shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium. Do you place an order under €150,00 euro? Then you can choose from different shipping options. In addition, with Express packages are delivered worldwide even within 1-3 days (exceptions excluded). Always consider additional import duties if you live outside the EU and place an order at www.ibzmode.nl. Outside the EU customers do not pay 21% VAT, as customers within the EU do, but if your purchase amount outside the EU is €150 or more then you will also pay import duties.
When will my package be delivered and what is the delivery time?
Your package will be delivered as soon as possible. Keep an eye on the track & trace information for the most up-to-date delivery information. If you order before 11:45 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day, even on Saturdays, if in stock and subject to exceptions (we will notify you as soon as possible by e-mail).
When will I receive a Track & Trace?
You will receive the Track & Trace code from the carrier by e-mail as soon as your package is processed.
My package has been delivered according to the carrier, but I have not received it. What should I do now?
First of all, I am sorry that you did not receive your package. It is possible that the carrier delivered the package to the neighbors without a note. Ask your neighbors or housemates if they have received the package. If this is not the case, please e-mail your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org, so that an investigation can be started into the whereabouts of your package and how we can deliver it to you as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that this investigation may take a few days, but we will always find an appropriate solution.
Delivery times during promotions & holidays
During holidays and promotions the carriers & Terry-ray are often busier than normal. Despite this rush, we always do everything possible to process your package as soon as possible. Keep in mind, however, that your order may arrive later than usual. Keep a close eye on the track & trace for the latest delivery information.
Return & Exchange Policy
Are you not satisfied with your purchase? You can follow the steps below to return your package:
What is the return policy?
We shipped your order with love. Of course, it can happen that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You may cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Make sure you return the products unworn, undamaged and with the labels attached. Keep your return slip until we have processed it.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Normally your return can take up to 14 days to be processed. We will send you an email when the return is processed, then you will receive the refund to your account within a few days. We aim to refund within 7 working days after processing your return. Reimbursement will in any case take place within the statutory period of 30 days.
Are the return costs at your own expense?
The cost of sending your return package to Ibzmode is at your own expense as stated in our terms and conditions.
I can not create a return label via the link?
Are you unable to create a return label via the website in your chosen country? Then you can manually write the return address below on the package.

Have the package franked and sent. Keep the receipt, it contains the track & trace code with which you can follow the package and see if it arrived in good order. Write your order number on the label next to the return address. Without proof of return, no investigation will be started for missing returns and no refund is possible.
Can I exchange items?
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items at ibzmode. Do you want a different size or color? Then you can place a new order via the website.
Is it possible to return a sale item?
If online (sale) purchases do not meet your expectations, there is the possibility to return them. Once we have received and processed your return we will proceed to refund the purchase price.
Can I combine multiple orders in one return?
You can merge multiple orders into one return. However, it is important that the order confirmations of the different orders are included so that it is clear to our returns department that multiple orders are involved. Please keep your return receipt until we have processed it.
Warranty and service
Is an item broken or are you dissatisfied with a product? In this case you can always contact our customer service by sending an email to email@example.com. Please mention your order number, article number & take a picture of the item that is broken or wrongly received. This way we can offer you an appropriate solution as soon as possible.
Terry-ray gives 4 weeks warranty on a garment that has become unwearable after washing with the washing instructions.
You may cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
Did you pay the delivery charges? If you return all items in your order, you will also be refunded the delivery charges.
Returns are at your own expense.
Swimwear must be tried on with underwear and will not be taken back without a hygiene strip in the bottom.
Terry-ray is not responsible for the loss or damage of a return package. We therefore advise you to send your return package by registered mail. Please note that proof of shipment with track & trace code is a requirement to initiate an investigation, when this is missing it is not possible.
When we have received and processed the return package and the returned items in good order, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
