  • Can I pay with Afterpay?
    When paying with PayPal, you can choose the "Afterpay" option. When you complete your purchase, PayPal pays the seller and the money is only debited from your bank account after 21 days.
  • I have received an incorrect or damaged item. What to do?
    What a pity you received the wrong or damaged item! Of course, in this case you can always contact our customer service by sending an e-mail to Please include your order number, article number & take a picture of the item that you received incorrectly. This way we can offer you an appropriate solution as soon as possible.
  • When will my package be delivered and what is the delivery time?
    Your package will be delivered as soon as possible. Keep an eye on the track & trace information for the most current delivery information. If you order before 16.00, your order will be shipped the same day, if in stock and subject to exceptions (we will inform you of this as soon as possible by e-mail).
  • Return
    It can happen that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You may cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Returns are at your own expense or for free when you drop it off at the Ibzmode store in Amsterdam, Den Bosch, Noordwijk, or Egmond aan Zee. Make sure you return the products unworn, undamaged and with the attached labels. Keep your return slip until we have processed it. Register your return here and download your return label.
  • Do you also ship packages abroad?
    Yes, we ship worldwide! You can select your country in the ordering process, the corresponding shipping costs and times will then be displayed. With Express, parcels are delivered worldwide even within 1-3 days (exceptions excluded). Always consider additional import duties if you live outside the EU and place an order at Outside the EU customers do not pay 21% VAT, as customers within the EU do, but if your purchase amount outside the EU is €150 or more then you will also pay import duties.
  • How long will it take for my return to be processed?
    Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Normally your return can take up to 14 days to be processed. We will send you an email when the return has been processed, then you will receive the amount back into your account under "Mollie payments" within a few days. We aim to refund within 7 working days after processing your return. Reimbursement will in any case take place within the statutory period of 30 days.
